Myspace status and headline?

My boyfriend (now ex) broke up with me on monday (june 8) and still has "in a relationship" on his profile. But i've changed my status to single. On his headline it still says "chelsea is all mine" and he's logged on since we broke up. He broke up with me in a text saying he wants to just be friends but in the message after that he said that he needs a break....so im kind of confused and dont know if we're on a break or broken up. Should i just text him and ask him? but i dont want to sound stupid or like im obsessed with him or anything, im just really confused? and if i should text him what should i say?

im also confused about the fact that when we first started going out he said he really wanted a relationship but as i said before in the break up text he said that he wanted to be single? any advice from anybody is greatly appreciated =)

....also we're both 17 if that makes any difference lol
 
This sucks, but the myspace doesnt mean anything.. contact him.. ask why he didnt change his info yet.
but most likely he hasnt gotten around to it... even though he has logged on..
