Myspace Flashing Background?

I have this background I made and I would like to make it change between inverted color to normal and back for my myspace background, like make it flash. I've looked around and I can't figure out how, I'm sure you can because I've seen people who have done so. How do I take two background images, and make them flash on my myspace background?
I want a full sized wallpaper, not a small area
