MySpace chat toolbar like Facebook?

Everyone knows about the chat toolbar that Facebook has.
I wanna know how to get / activate the one that MySpace has.

Cos when I was in my friend's house, her MySpace had a chat toolbar, but when I got home to check if I had one, I didn't. What do you have to do to get one?
 
You have to download Myspace's chat program. It's free, fast & easy. It also requires you to sign-into Myspace chat separately from signing into myspace. IE -> you can technically only be signed on to Myspace Chat and not necessarily Myspace.com and vise versa.
