Mypay account issue (US Military- Army)?

I need to access my mypay account in order to take care of my taxes. I tried to create a user name and password [I assume it worked] but by the time I did and tried to sign it, I forgot the information I put in.

Now I can't get into the thing, not even with my SSN. Can anyone help me out?
