V Vipassana New member Sep 4, 2009 #5 5 seconds on google, says it's an Idle Air Controller or throttle position sensor. You could have searched it for yourself. That's what Google is there for. And yes, you can even swap it out yourself, but you need a mechanic to adjust it.
