my z520 screen got scratched!

I just got my z520 not long ago, but the screen has a few scratches already, but the scratches aren't very deep. I'm not sure what type of screen it is, and I don't know how to make it less visible. I'm not talking about the small screen on the outside of the phone. Can anybody help me?
 
I have heard - although I haven't tried, that armor-all - the stuff you use in your car - works to hide minor scratches on lcd screens. The advice I read said to use the "wipes" with the product embedded in them to avoid overspray, but you could simple spray a soft cotton piece far from your phone before wiing it on
