My young corn snake hardly ever eats?

my young corn will eat one week and then go for 2 or 3 weeks without eating. I know thats normal occasionally but he does it all the time. Basically he only eats every 2 or 3 weeks. he acts normal, isn't over handled, and has correct temp. what can I do?
 
if you feed him frozen then after you thaw them out make a hole in it and make some blood squeeze out and mabe he will take it...my corn snake goes right for it....i know that it is disgusting but try it
