I have a 1982 yamaha virago 750cc which i rode all last year untill october when it got cold out, i filled the gas tank with gas and parked it in my garage out of the weather,now it wont start,it turns over fine but wont start, any ideas?
carbs are gunked up.... you might get lucky by draining the gas.... tank and carbs.... and adding fresh gas.... otherwise you are in for a carb rebuild..
on the bottom of the gas tank or underneth the bike there should be a screw u can open dump the gas out some times oil gets mixed with the gas and it settles on the bottom when left when u let all the gas out refuel i and try good luck
