My Yamaha Pacifica Guitar has single coil pickups, is it possible to change...

ur best to use pickups like seymour duncan hot rails or similar, as they slot right in and will give the same effect. i use 1 on my rear only , its wicked for solos, cuts right throu and sounds meaty as. you can fit humbuckers thou, u just need to re cut the pickup holes on ur scratch plate

I also have a pacifica (so it's probably very similar to yours). You could replace the bridge pickup with another humbucker, but to replace the singles, you'd need a whole new scratch plate, and one that fits a pacifica, so if you want to swap in a humbucker for a single and have a mid/neck humbucker, i'd say your only real option is to get a new guitar
