...cant get the variator of ? when i slow down my ped cuts out and takes a while 2 start back up i have cleaned the carb and the fuel filter dose any one no wot else i could do i have tried to take the variator of but it seams impossible could any 1 please help me
 
The trouble is with variators they turn as you try to undo the nut, so what you need is either something to hold the thing in place, or an electric impact wrench.

I have what they call a holding tool for my Aprilia, but I've also successfully used an impact wrench.

By the way, your scooter cutting out shouldn't be down to your variator.
