my Xbox 360. wont open and all the lights on it are flashing red. how do i fix it?

all i know is my kids were playing with one of the controllers, and it flashed red. then last night my friend put a movie in it ( i never use the xbox for movies) for some reason, and now it wont stop blinking red and i cant get the stupid movie out!
 
You Have RROD (Red Rings of Death).

Call Microsoft, You Need To Send It In For Repair.

On The Case Of Getting Your Movie Out, I Do Not Really Know, Sorry.

You have to contact the people who make xbox by web or phone (I used web) Something like xbox.com i should say a website on your xbox when you turn it on, When you get a hold of them they ask you to send your xbox back to them and if you havent sent it before you get it free, so send it out theres instructions on there and they send it back fixed or a new one
