Im preparing for the military currently, im 17 years old and there is a 98% chance i will be enlisting unless i can find a reason why i shouldn't, i go for a 3km run every morning and have lil probs, the reason i only go for 3k is because i have to get up at 4 because my drive to work has to start at 6 and i still need sleep. I go to the gym and 4 times a week and i mostly work abs,chest,arms,back,shoulders. I do believe the 3km every morning is enough of a leg work out but i could be wrong. Anyone got any tips / pointers on other stuff i should be doing. My goal is to one day be a sniper (the 3km is pretty easy for me , i could do more, but my time-line atm don't allow it)
