my windows media player runs slowly?

i have downloaded some videos in AVI and WMV formats and they play very well so the problem is not with the videos themselves anyway the videos run slowly in my windows media player..does my processor has something to do with this?..when i play the videos, the sounds play ahead of the video and many frames are lost in between...how can i solve this problem?..thanx..
 
I know that one, unfortunately you have the #32 virus


go to the windows folder and delete any folder that has the number 32 in the name
