for whatever reason whenever i plug in my phone, the computer makes the sound, asks me to install it, i go on with the install wizard, it supposedly is a success. When i go onto windows Media player, it asks that i connect a device, it doesn't register it. When i plug my phone back in, the install wizard starts up again. What should i do?! its REALLY frustrating me!
my windows media player doesn't read my phone? help?
