My Wii's disc light is blue, but it's off

But seriously, it means you've got a new piece of e-mail to read. Specifically it's probably the e-mail from Nintendo telling you to update your Wii to enable the Forecast weather channel.
 
i updated my wii today, but when my shit was in standby (yellow light) it was sort of pulsing...like it was breathing! awesome! is this part of the newest update i got today? if so... nintendo...
