My Wiimote keeps losing Sync...

Anyone else having this problem? Well, it's only done it twice, but I've had it less than a week. The first time it lost sync I tried pressing the buttons to sync it back up but it wasn't working. After shutting down the Wii and starting back up it worked. Happened again today but even shutting it down didn't work. It just randomly started working again. Any suggestions?
 
mines doing the same but i just got mine yesterday and i'm a wii n00b

mine flashes but nothing will happen unless i power off and on the system
 
If you pause the game and the "fairy" isn't on the screen while it is paused, it will lose connection.

Are you sure that you aren't playing a PS3 with the 6 axis controller? :veryevil:

Did you set up the sensitivity? It is set to 8 feet by default. If you are 15 feet away you will have to do the ingame adjustments. If you have a 60" TV and are sitting 20 feet away, you should definitely do the adjustments.
 
you need to sync it by using the wiimote sync button and the sync button on the wii.

the sync button on the wii is in the compartment with the memory stick slot.

hold both sync buttons down and it will be set for the rest of your wii career!
