My Wii Remote on Wii Sports Resort is inverted! How do I change it back?

On Table Tennis when ever I try to do forehand it does back hand and Vice versa and I have found out that it is not he motion plus it is the wii remote but it looks fine to me. Also my home and plus button don't work on Wii Sports resort. I have 2 remotes one is fine but the other does all these things. Thanks
