Accept it or end the relationship and walk away...she's an adult and will do as she chooses...perhaps if you two worked on whatever it is she feels she "needs" but isn't getting out of the marriage, she wouldn't make the choice to do what she's planning...

...do I deal? I've told her how I feel about it, but she says that she is going to do it anyways because she deserves to get what she needs. I'm afraid that after she does it, I'm not going to be able to feel special anymore because she's taken the intimacy outside of our relationship. What should I do?
