should i still get her to keep her arm straight through the swing? will her breast get in the way is what I am getting at.
 
As far as the movement, there is no difference. The difference would/could be in the swing speed. A faster swing speed can result in the ball going further, but that can also cause more errant shots. A slower swing speed will result in the ball not going as far but can be much more accurate from the tee box.
