My wife period delayed for 4 days? We did Urine(UDT) test... but it shows negative?

Wait 7 days after the expected period. It took a while for me to come out positive :) If she's normally on time every month, she is most likely pregnant but not producing enough HGC to show yet. Make sure to test with the morning urine, right after she wakes up!

My wife period delayed for 4 days. for the last 6 months her period cycle is exactly 27 days. this month now it went to 31 days still no period. so we did Urine (UDT) test. but it shows negative. Is there any other reason.. or do we need to wait for some more days to test and confirm?

Please any one suggest?
