My wife has a 2003 Buick Rendezvous, whenever the AC/Heat is on, the car cuts off. What could be the problem?

She drives it for a while, then the battery light comes on, then the car just stalls and goes dead. We have replaced the battery, gotten a new Mass Air Flow Sensor, oil change, damaged ABS wires repaired, and replaced the fuel filter. We just got the car in August and it has about 102,000 miles on it.
