...brew beer? The bathroom remodel is 98% done but the door needs staining and the molding trim needs painting.

I'd also like to make two batches of beer.

Both of these activities smell, and my family would rather not be around when I do them, but I'm not sure I'll have time for both. Which one should I do first?
