my wellness plan to heal what is yours?

Hi Ness,

You know, you have to do what's right for yourself. Certainly medication helps when you are in pain. Especially severe pain. I go running for the ibuprofen when my neck and back really act up! No question about it! I think you will figure out sooner or later what is causing the problems, and what to do about it. For now, medication surely can't hurt. With any great luck it won't be forever for you.

A corabination of things will help - changing eating habits as well as alleviating the major symptoms you're having right now. I think we're a world of "gobblers". We don't even really taste our meals most of the time. None of us takes 20-30 minutes to eat a plate of food anymore. We're lucky if we're still sitting there five or ten minutes after we start.

I think that's why we're also getting heavier and heavier as a world population as well. We simply don't allow enough time for the digestion process to tell us we're full. We eat so fast we're stuffed before our stomaches can send the signal to our brains that there's no room left for anything. And for us - the stomache acid starts pumping out to digest all this food and we're chock to the brim, and of course it's going to "back up" into our esophoguses! It has nowhere else to go. Fill a glass of water to overflowing and it's got to go somewhere, after all!
