Modem Software? I have downloaded the Vodafone Mobile Connect software and I have plugged in my USB modem. I have tried clicking Search for Device and Add Device - it won't find it! I am running Windows Vista Home Prem.
It is a HSDPA USB Modem Stick. The stick is detected by the PC, but not by the software.
The SIM is in properly and my USB ports are working.
P.S - PLEASE DO NOT SAY:
Restart PC
Plug in and take out (replace in/out)
Re-install software.
