My virgin mobile phone isn't letting me buy ringtones?

Every time I try to buy a ringtone off of my Samsung M340 Virgin Mobile phone it says "Error occured retrieving or charging account. Please try again later." And then when I try to get it off of Virginmobileusa.com it keeps telling me I have to pick a device or log in and it never let's me buy anything...HELP!
