my virgin media contract has come to an end,its expired?

i was on 10MB connection paying £16 pound a month (12 month contract) its now come to an end, im thinking,is there any way i can hustle them for cheaper deal or better speed, any tips or tricks and what i can get,cheers,if anyone has any suggestions or past experience.thanks

I don't know what you mean.

If you don't cancel your contract by contacting them and give them notice to that effect, they continue to provide the service the same as any other provider after 12 months.

So if you say it's come to an end, then you must have cancelled it.

There are no tricks and tips to be had. Also if you want a faster speed then you will have to pay for it.

Any special deal you signed up with at the beginning expires after 12 months.
 
Do you or anyone in the household have a disability?

Oh ok then what about going for a special deal? for example if you have TV and phone then you should get a great deal for broadband too check their deals and see if any are good for you.
