- I got a samsung rogue on Christmas 3 months ago and I have never dropped my phone or done anything to damage it at all. A few weeks ago it started acting weird, it would randomly turn off whenever it so decided: in a call, in a text or just when its sitting there doing nothing it would just turn off without notice. So I was like "okay that's strange" but didn't put much thought into it.
- Now my phone is suddenly not sending or receiving calls or texts or any means of communication. I was trying to text my boyfriend because he stopped texting me randomly then several hours later I got all of his texts at once and a msg saying I had 9 missed calls.. So I called him up and we were on the phone for about 15 min before my phone just suddenly stopped the call and I have no connection to anyone again. It says I have full bars and I have service and everything's fine but it wont communicate.. His phone or anyone else's phone cannot reach mine and I cannot reach them and it's seriously pissing me off like this could not be my fault there has to be something wrong with my phone right when I bought it.
- Has anyone has this problem before and if so, could you help me?
