My Verizon Phone Has Broke Twice, Can i get a totally different phone?

Doubtful what they usually do is replace that phone with another one and see if the problem continues. To get a new phone your'e either going to have to pay for it all up front, add it to your bill in payment plans (for this one you usually have to have had your plan for 6months) or wait for a new upgrade. you might have a year upgrade only 4 more months.

I've had the "Motorola Rival" for about 6 months now, and the screen on it has went out 2 times. This is the 2nd time the screen has went out, and quite frankly i don't like the phone. Is it possible for verizon to send me a different phone, or can i request a new totally different phone. Because i don't want to keep going through this.
