I have a Verizon device to connect to the Internet and when I was using the Internet, it just turned off and disconnected to the Internet. I tried turning it on again, pressing hard and for a while but nothing happened. I also tried plugging it in the charger but no light came on, not even from the battery light. Did it die or something?
