Last night I plugged my phone in as usual, and it suddenly turned off and told me to insert a battery. I took the back cover off to see if somehow the battery had fallen out and it was in there like normal. I keep taking it out and putting it back in again but that does nothing. It also keeps saying that the phone is charging, then a few minutes later that it is complete, then it keeps charging again. I want to call Verizon about this, but this is my only phone and I don't have a car so I can't go to the shop. (I live in a dorm room.) Please help! I really need this phone to work again!
