A Aigloblam New member Mar 15, 2010 #2 Dian 1234, Push the blackberry Menu button, go into Options, General options, And make sure Active Line is set to Line 1 Battery Refresh (pull the battery out, without turning the phone off) and try it again. If it still doesnt work, Call Verizon.
