My vagina smells awful and I have cottage cheese discharge?

ok so this is extremely embarrassing but my vagina has been producing this awful odor along with some weird discharge it kind of looks like cottage cheese but a little thicker and it smells weird. I have tried washing it with warm water and anti bacterial soap but that did nothing it actually got a bit worse. It is so noticable to the point where my boyfriend smells it when we kiss and people who used the bathroom after me ask me what i ate because it smells so awful in the bathroom but what they dont know is that it is just my vagina. What could of caused this and how do i heal it? I've also just recently bought a dildo and have been using it with my boyfriend because we liked to play with toys. Maybe it is the dildo? I've used it in my pussy for the past few months.
