My USB flash drive does nothing when I plug it into the female port. What is wrong?

I have a 4G Micro Center USB drive. I have used it for a while and it worked the entire time. I plugged it in today to print my 16 page paper and nothing happened. No Autoplay, No "Device Drivers Installed", nothing. What is wrong? I have a lot of critical information on there.
 
Sounds to me like the USB isn't recognizing it, however, the Autoplay feature may not be active for whatever reason.

When you double click on My Computer, does it show up there?

If not, then I would suggest renaming the drive. Here is a step by step on how to do so:
