I worked a part time job for 3 months while I worked my full time job. The part time job ended summer 2010 and I continued working my full time job until I was laid off this year. My full time job isn't disputing my claim, but the part time is and the determination was made and my claim for unemployment benefits was denied! I was told the part time job wouldn't be considered because it was part time and I didn't earn enough, so why would IL deny my claim?
