My uncle uses illegal immigrants at his business, should I report him?

My uncle has openly admitted hiring illegal workers at his place of business. He explains that they work harder than anyone else out there. I argue with him all the time explaining he is breaking the law. I'm very passionate about the law since I am studying to become a police officer. Should I call the authorizes and teach him a lesson?
 
Yes. Not just him, but the immigrants as well.
In a few years when we pull out of the depression and the unemployment rate goes down, THEN he can hire illegals. For now, we need jobs for AMERICANS.
