...far away from where i liv? One foggy morning, My uncle (heliodoro Chavez) was driving but it was for a good cause because his brother was sick! And also he has never driven without a license. Then all a sudden when he was 10 or 20 feet away from getting from his house the cops stopped him and and took him away without telling him why.

so thats mostly the story, and i want to see him but he is far away from where i live. i feel really sad, please help!

also he was not a USA citizen and did not come here legally. I live in Oregon and the jail is up to Texas. And we can not afford to go all the way to Texas!
 
My guess is that you haven't got the entire story correct. Police don't usually drag you away without telling you what you have did. There is a reason they stopped him. Why didn't he have his license in the first place.
I would talk to family about going to see him.

In most countries not having a Driving Licence is NOT a jailable offence
You get a summons to either just PAY THE FINE, or ATTEND COURT
If you want to fight the case
The Cops must want to question him about other matters, I think.

if that is the case, then, you visit him even though it is far from your home. if you really want to see him... you will find a way to visit him no matter what.
