My tv screen image is divided into two.?

I have verizon LG flat screen. Recently the picture just broke into two Parts. One on top of the other. In the middle is a faint flickering of the actual image. How can I fix it so that it shows the original enlarged centered image?
EDIT: it is not a 3d tv. Just a regular one.

Isn't that what 3d TVs do? If it's a new
3d tv, take off that mode.
