affect anything? First, let me tell you what else confuses me.

I just got a Vizio 32" LED LCD TV (model:E320VP, not sure if this is a new model). Its specs say its display compatibility is 720p, but it also says (under "Features"), Signal Capabilities: 1080i (HDTV).
-Which one is it? or Which can my devices run on?

Also, when connected to my PS3 via HDMI, and setting it up in the Display settings, it automatically detects 720p, 1080i, and 1080p. What really confuses me is that as I begin to play a game on my PS3, on the top right corner of my TV, it show a little box that say HDMI 1 1080p.
-Which am I running on, 720p, 1080i, or 1080p? Should I just keep 1080i and 1080p ON in my PS3 or can this cause problems?

I honestly can't tell the difference in image quality for they all look good to me. But since this is my first HDTV, and don't know what all of these settings truly mean, so I just set my PS3 to 720p. But it really bothers me thinking that I can probably run on 1080i/p. So can anyone please give me tips/advice or educate me a little, I would really appreciate it.
