the green thing thats connected to the piggy backs for the av cable is i think is what ti causing the problem when i hear the sound while the jack is fully plugged into it it sounds very faded and like more of a background noise then a surround sound noise i tested it by plugging it half way and it worked perfectly but i had a hard time even keeping it that way any suggestions i had already emailed Turtlebeach and im still waiting for a reply please help
