my tropical fish keep dieing ? and i need help?

i have kept tropical fish for nearly 2 years but i have recently upgraded to a much larger tank. it has been up and running for over a month but this week i have had 5 fish die, i thought it might be my internal filter as 4 of them were stuck behind it so i replaced it with an external filter, but it doesn't seemed to have worked. i want to get it sorted before the rest of my fish die
 
You may have overdosed with chlorine control.You should have left them behind the filter.They need a place to hide and it sound's like they could be stressed because you don't have enough cover.Put some plants and ornaments it.
