i just started seeing a personal trainer. he wants me to eat 40 grams of protein 6 times a day with only 13 carbs and 6 fats with each of those 6 meals. my major problem with that is i am a vegetarian and most of my protein comes with a bit of carbs and fats. for my protein i eat things like boca burgers, peanut butter, yogurt, cheese, ect. so i probably only have at most 40 grams of protein a day and a lot more carbs and fat than what he wants me to eat especially since i eat a lot of veggies and fruit which have a lot of carbs.
this diet sounds impossible!!! how am i supposed to do it? does anyone have any meal ideas to help me out? im desperate.
