my 92 camry toyota died and now it wont start. changed the spark plugs, still won't start, check the fuses and the 30 amp green one in the instrumental panel was blown, so i replaced it. still didn't start, but every time i try to start it, it blows that same fuse. owners manual says that is my headlight fuse. my lights worked fine before my car died. i don't know what to do, any suggestions, please help.
