my toyota lucida 1993, 2.2td has an electrical fault?

i lost my electric windows, tail lights, break lights, blowers and central locking. All fuses and bulbs have been checked and are fine. There is no power going to the bulbs from fuse box. Are there anymore fuse boxes or just the 2. Passenger footwell and under the bonnet. Also does anyone know where the electric window relay and fuses are as they are not in the 2 fuse boxes mentioned. I am DESPERATE!!!

Since the systems you list are not really connected to one another I suggest that you have a broken wire somewhere probably in the loom somewhere. You need a good automotive electrician to sort that one for you.
