My Toyota Camry SE 2002, Whats wrong?

Well I have my car for a little over a year now and it runs good just that recently it started letting out a nasty white smoke from the muffler. i did the oil change on it about 2 months ago so im not sure exactly what it could be. I would like to know before i even go and ask a mechanic and they give me a list of things that it has. i just want to know whats the basic thing i have to do to it so the smoke doesnt come out the muffler anymore. Also my steering wheel shakes alot when im in the freeway driving fast what can that be? I was thinking i might need new tires but not sure if thats what it is. Please Help!!
 
will say on the label,"meets the requirements of Toyota." Have someone clean your idle air control valve. Power wash engine and clean the space betwen the radiator and the A/C condenser. SHAKING might be bad tie rod end, or slipped tire belt. Have car inspected FREE at a local tire store. Get more than one opinion. Good luck!!
