...120 klms/hr. car has done 70,000? All wheels have been balanced and two new tyres on the front but still the vibration exists. Has anyone out there have any ideas about what else might be causing this problem or anyone had with a Camry experienced the same problem.

This is an issue that needs to be resolved at a shop.
There could be worn front end parts & numerous other possibilities.
I had a problem like this that couldn't be solved.
Stupid as it sounds, they took and switched the tires front to back & back to front & I never had the problem again.
I wish you luck in getting this taken care of.
I know what a pain these kinds of things are.

Does it pull to one side or another? It could be an alignment problem.

Were the tires balanced while on the car? It's possible for the whole wheel assembly to be out of balance even if the tire is OK.
