...stiff.Hard to turn until real? My 1995 Toyota 4R power steering is hard to turn (stiiff) until i get the car warmed at least 5 min. There is also a weird (loud) noise I think from the engine This started now in winter I live in colorado .Is this common with Toyota's Or my car is old? it has only 165k on it .Please give advice I cant afford to buy even a used reliable car this time unless you want me to walk on the snow(kidding).
