T-mobile and HTC have closed their eyes to the sc card failures on the 'My Touch".
Over 13 pages of complaints on the T-mobile web site. I purchased this phone last week. It comes with the slow class 2 card that does not work on this phone. T-mobile should have replaced the card at the time of purchase. Instead I spent the weekend struggling with freezes and lockups. The T-mobile store had me call HTC. The wait time for customer service at HTC was unacceptable and their people didn't respond appropriately. Many of the first replacements were the same class 2 card, but one post now suggests that they are sending out a class 4 card.

If you purchase this phone, demand an upgraded sd card!!
