my toshiba laptop is making weird noises on start up?

when my laptop has booted up it makes a weird noise like a plane taking off or a car braking den pops. everything is working fine on it and i ran a full scan and my anti-virus is up to date.. it doesnt sound like the fan.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd have said hard disk, but if scandisk is OK and it runs then look for something else.

If you got an optical drive (CD/DVD) it could be that, check you dont have a disk in, or worse, half in. If the drive won't open there's usually a tiny hole you can push a straightened paper clip in to release the door if its stuck.

nothing to worry about that.its just the sound of your hard drive in your laptop.it also happened in my laptop and i figured it out when i try to open it out...(",)
 
it sounds fine if it starts acting up try taking it to best buy and show them it and see what they have to say it should be free so try it only if it starts acting up some times making those noises is fin mine used to beep but it stopped.
