My tongue has little white bumps

The tip of my tongue has tiny tiny white bumps that hurt, as if i burned my tongue on something.
My taste buds are all bigger then they should be and it hurts to talk sometimes.
My lips were also hurting and a bit swollen.
This started a couple days ago, i tried using orajel but it seemed to just hurt and burn even more.

there are also red spots on the back of my throat and on the roof of my mouth..

I dont know whats going on.. does anyone?
