Ok so I took a break for 2 weeks on couching him to walk. He's 13 and a half months right now. I started back up today. We have a ritual almost where he would follow me when I had to go to the bathroom and then we would walk back together once I was done. Well he's suddenly arching his back and almost digging his toes in the floor and REFUSING to walk. Normally he would hold both my hands and off he goes but now he just stops and cries. He's always barefoot or has socks. I don't see why he's getting so upset.
I've never pressured him about either. If he gave up then I would have him crawl back or pick him up if he would go the wrong way.
